Zhiyi Youth Cadre Talent Training Project is designed for the whole company, aiming at horizontal empowerment of talents and selection of middle and senior reserve talents, focusing on the business perspective, team management and result-oriented abilities of young cadres, and comprehensively improving the key competencies of middle management by using talent assessment, mentor-led teaching and combination of training and real-world application. After the initial stages of application review , interviews and communication, online assessment, etc., the project has has successfully completed the selection process the first phase of intensive training. The program has entered the stage of mentorship-led guidance and group project implementation.

The two-day second-phase intensive training of the "Zhiyi" Youth Cadre Program successfully concluded on February 12-13, 2025, at the circular hall of Zhiguang Comprehensive Energy Industrial Park. As the first class of the year, middle and junior management leaders from various companies and departments gathered together to learn, communicate and improve together, injecting new vitality for the future development of the company. The training sessions were content-rich and packed with valuable insights, featuring multiple seasoned instructors who generously shared their expertise.

During the session, Mr. Cao recounted the milestones and memorable stories from the company's development journey. Each vivid case and scene of struggle inspired every participant present. Mr. Cao also recommended management books to the students, drawing from his own experience, offered valuable guidance and advice to help shape their future development.

Mr. Xu gave a clear and accessible explanation of the customer-centric core philosophy. By integrating a wealth of case studies, he provided practical and actionable advice for reserve cadres in various roles, helping them enhance their service mindset and optimize work processes.

Ms. He delivered a clear and engaging lesson, using a variety of case studies to guide participants in understanding the three key financial statements.  She taught the trainees to analyze the data and uncover the essence behind it, helping them gain insight into the company’s operational status and development trends. She also shared practical ways to apply financial data in decision-making, optimizing efficiency and empowering each role to enhance overall performance.

The training camp took participants on an exploration of the company's typical project - Qingyuan Baimiao Advanced Grid and Energy Storage Demonstration Project, kicking off a journey into green energy. The trainees visited the project site, gaining firsthand knowledge of the operation mode, core technology, and future development trends of independent energy storage power plants. They also had in-depth technical exchanges with the project team, sparking ideas.

The successful completion of the second phase of Zhiyi Youth Cadre Talent Training Project marks a solid step in the cultivation of middle and grass-roots cadres in the company. In the future, Zhiyi Youth Cadre Talent Training Project will continue to carry out the third training to further deepen the talent cultivation program and reserve more excellent middle and senior management talents for the company.
