On January 30, Wang Xiongfeng, Deputy Secretary of the Maoming Municipal Committee and Mayor of Maoming, led a municipal government delegation to visit Guangzhou Zhiguang Electric Co., Ltd. (“Zhiguang Electric”). Zhiguang Electric President Jiang Xinyu warmly welcomed Wang and his team.

The delegation toured Zhiguang Electric’s exhibition hall, gaining an in-depth look at the company’s cutting-edge innovations, core products, and application cases in power electronics, energy technology and services, and digital solutions, as well as its strategic initiatives in green energy and smart manufacturing.

The two sides engaged in productive and friendly discussions. Wang Xiongfeng emphasized that new energy storage is a key strategic emerging industry for Maoming. The city is accelerating the development of the Madianhe New Energy Storage Industrial Park and warmly welcomes Zhiguang Electric to explore cooperation in energy storage power stations, integrated energy services, green energy project support, port shore power systems, and cross-border logistics to achieve mutually beneficial growth.

Jiang Xinyu highlighted Zhiguang Electric’s commitment to driving transformation in the energy sector through innovation. With Maoming’s strong industrial foundation and growth potential, and with Zhiguang Electric already operating an energy storage power plant and shore power project in the city, the company looks forward to identifying further synergies and deepening cooperation to support Maoming’s industrial transformation, new energy storage development, and high-quality economic growth.
